The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE Town of Sullivan Planning Board Legal Notice A Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Sullivan according to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of Douglas and Lorenda Mohorter for approval of subdivision of land located on Wilson Point Road, SBL being 11.-1-12.7. The applicant proposes to subdivide this said area into two lots, one non-realty. Said hearing will be held on January 7, 2014 at 7:15 PM at the Town office building, 7507 Lakeport Road, Chittenango, NY, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the plat of said subdivision has been filed with the Town Clerk and is available for public inspection prior to the public hearing.
