The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF CANASTOTA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Canastota, at a regular meeting held on March 2, 2015, adopted Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2015 of the Village of Canastota entitled, “A local law to amend Village Code Chapter 230 (Zoning) and Zoning Map of the Village of Canastota”. The purpose and effect of the local law is to create two new zoning districts to be known as teh “Industrial Park Development District A” and the “Industrial Park Development District B” and to change the zoning district classification of all lands presently within the existing Industrial park Development District to one of the two new zoning districts. The legislation also establishes new schedules of permitted uses for each of the two new zoning districts. The complete text of local law 2015-1 as adopted is available for review at the Village Clerk’s office during the Clerk’s regular business hours.
