The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Morrisville will hold a public hearing on April 2, 2015 at 7:20 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Town of Eaton Offices at 35 Cedar Street in the Village of Morrisville, a proposed local law entitled, “A local law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law section 3-c for the 2015-2016 fiscal year.” This local law is intended to authorize the Village of Morrisville to exceed the 2% tax levy cap otherwise provided under New York State law for the Village’s 2015-2016 budget and fiscal year. A complete copy of the proposed local law is available for review at the office of the Village Clerk during the Clerk’s regular business hours.
