The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF NAMES OF PERSONS APPEARING AS OWNERS OF CERTAIN UNCLAIMED PROPERTY HELD BY Great Divide Insurance Company. The persons whose names and last known addresses are set forth below appear from the records of the above-named company to be entitled to abandoned property in amounts of fifty dollars or more: DOUGHERTY, JOE, 508 PARKLINE DR., UTICA, NY 13502. A report of Unclaimed Property will be made to the Comptroller of the State of New York, pursuant to Article VII and/or Section 1316 of the Abandoned Property Law. A list of the names contained in such notice is on file and open to public inspection at the principal office of Great Divide Insurance Company, located at TWO RAVINIA DR., STE. 1100, ATLANTA, GA 30346, where such abandoned property is payable. Such abandoned property will be paid on or before 08/31/2015 to persons establishing to our satisfaction their right to receive the same. On or before 09/10/2015, such funds still remaining unclaimed will be paid to the Comptroller of the State of New York. Upon such payment, this Company shall no longer be liable for the property.
