The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Completion of 2015 Tentative Assessment Roll (Pursuant to Section 506 and 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessors of the Town of Vernon, County of Oneida, have completed the 2015 Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Town of Vernon Office Building where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth (4th) Tuesday in May. The Tentative Assessment Roll contains assessments for the Village of Oneida Castle, Sherrill, Village of Vernon, and Town of Vernon Outside. The Assessors will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on Saturday May 2, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Monday May 4, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Thursday, May 7, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday May 11, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Town of Vernon Office Building, 4305 Peterboro Road, Vernon, NY. The Town of Vernon Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, between 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Board will hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application RP524 of any person believing him/herself to be aggrieved.
