The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE SUPREME COURT – COUNTY OF MADISON U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-2, Plaintiff against CHARLES W. PIQUET A/K/A CHARLES PIQUET, et al Defendant(s). Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered on August 24, 2015. I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Madison County Office Building, 1st floor lobby, Wampsville, N.Y. on the 27th day of October, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. premises described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Sullivan, County of Madison, State of New York lying in Lot 45 of the Northwest Part of the Late Oneida Reservation, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the nominal center of the Kirkville Road, said point being distant southerly measured along said center, 851.99 feet, from its intersection with the nominal center of Flyer Road, said first mentioned nominal center being the common line between said Lot 45 and Lot 44; thence S 8 degree 01’W along said first mentioned center, 100.00 feet, to a point therein, said point being the northeasterly corner of a certain 0.689 acre parcel of land conveyed by Kubecks to Robert & Janice Hodge by a deed dated September 15, 1966 and recorded in Liber 627 at Page 197; thence N 82 degree 08’ W along the northerly line of said parcel, 300.00 feet to an iron pipe, said line being also marked by an iron pipe standing therein distant, 24.75 feet, from said center; thence N 8 degree 01’ E, 100.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S 82 degree 08’ E through the lands of Kubecks (now or formerly) 300.00 feet to the point of beginning, said last mentioned line being further marked by an iron pipe standing therein distant, 24.75 feet from said center. Said premises known as 7701 Bridgeport-Kirkville Road a/k/a 7701 Bridgeport Kirkville Road, Kirkville, N.Y. 13082. (Section: 23.19, Block: 1, Lot: 19).
