The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2016 TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND TENTATIVE BUDGET OF THE COWASELON WATERSHED DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the assessment roll for the Cowaselon Watershed District, which was heretofore duly established pursuant to the statutes in such case made and provided, has been completed and a certified copy of said assessment roll has been filed in the office of the Clerk to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Madison, Madison County Office Building, in the Village of Wampsville, NY and said assessment roll will be open to inspection during regular business hours; NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, pursuant to Section 271 of the County law that the cost of the improvement will be assessed in proportion as nearly as may be to the benefit which each lot or parcel of land will derive there-from in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 271 of the County Law; NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Madison County Board of Supervisors will meet on the 17th day of November, 2015 at 10:05 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Chambers at County Office Building #4, N. Court St., Wampsville, New York, pursuant to Section 254, 270 and 359 of the County Law and at said time and place will hear and consider any objections which might be made to the assessment roll of the Cowaselon Creek Watershed District.
