The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF WAMPSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, April 22nd, 2014, the Village of Wampsville Planning Board will conduct public hearings on the following applications; 1 – The proposed Special Use application of property owned by Kevin & Douglas Schmitt. The Business Applicant’s name is Erick Hall. Tax Map No. 37.17-1-51. The property for the Special Use approval is located on the corner of Route 5 and South Court Street in the Village of Wampsville. The reason for the application concerns Section 2.5.5 of the Village of Wampsville’s Zoning Laws which governs the permitted uses in a Neighborhood/Commercial Zone. The applicant would like to open a retail business at the above mentioned location. The hearing will be conducted at 6:30 pm in the Wampsville Village Hall located at 118 North Court Street, Wampsville, NY 13163. 2 – The proposed Special Use application of property owned by J&M Boylan Holdings, LLC. Tax Map No. 37.9-1-2.11 located on Madison Street in the Village of Wampsville. The purpose of the application concerns Section 2.10.B of the Village of Wampsville Zoning Laws. J&M Boylan Holdings is requesting a permit to lease out office space. The hearing will be conducted at 6:40 pm in the Wampsville Village Hall located at 118 North Court Street, Wampsville, NY 13163. Both applications for approval are available for inspection at the Village Clerk’s Office on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 5:30 – 8:30 pm.
