ABSTRACT The Town of Sullivan Town Board has approved a resolution authorizing the sale of a 60’ by 60’ parcel of land formerly being a turnaround area for Bargeview Drive adjacent to Lot 11 of White Bridge Crossing Section B, said property is more fully described in the Resolution of the Town Board on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, to James and Barbara Carpenter, as is, without survey or abstract, for a purchase price of $200.00 and with all costs and expenses of such transfer to be borne solely by the purchaser.
