TERRIER f/k/a Laurie J. Cook and CLIFFOR J. TERRIER; SALLIE MAE SERVICING, LLP; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ASSIGNEE OF SALLIE MAE SERVICING, LP, Defendants. SCHEDULE “A” ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate on the south side of the Madison-Bridgewater State Highway known as the Cherry Valley Turnpike, US Route 20, in the Town of Madison, County of Madison and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron rod marking the intersection of the south line of the State Highway with the west property line of lands conveyed by Harold T. Finn and Elna Finn to Fred D. Close and Ethel M. Close in 1963 (Book of Deeds 606 at Page 903) and running north 78 degrees in 15 minutes east along the south line of the highway 149.2 feet to an iron rod; thence south 12 degrees 22 minutes east 90.8 feet to an iron rod set 10 feet east of the northeast corner of a barn on the premises herin conveyed; thence south 16 degrees 41 minutes 37 seconds east 90.4 feet to a large iron pipe marking the southeast corner of the lot herein conveyed and the southwest corner of the lot owned by Christopher and Mary Lynn Harter (Book of Deeds 721 at Page 595); thence south 87 degrees west along the south Close property line 95.4 feet to a found iron pipe at an angle point; thence south 80 degrees 32 minutes west along the south Close property line 118.6 feet to a large iron pipe at the southwest corner to Close; thence north 7 degrees east along the west Close property line 170.7 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.69 acre of land more or less. Subject to all covenants, easements and restrictions of record.
