The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF SMITHFIELD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Smithfield will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 7:05 p.m. at the Town of Smithfield Community Center located on 5255 Pleasant Valley Road, Peterboro, for the purpose of public comment on the Special Use Permit Application of Stockbridge Wind LLC to construct and operate a meteorological tower at 1439 Middle Road, Oneida (Tax Map #72.-1-35.1). All interested residents will be heard at this public hearing. A copy of the application to be considered is available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Community Center during the Clerk’s regular business hours.
