The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Morrisville Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a public hearing on July 10, 2014 at 6:30 pm at the Morrisville Public Library, 23 E. Main Street, Morrisville, New York. Martin Merola has applied for an area variance to permit a change in parking space requirements of the Village Code, Section 180-17-A(14) which requires one space per 200 square feet of floor area in excess of 1,000 square feet with respect to the premises located at 34 West Main Street (Tax Map Nos: 111.15-1-12; 111-15-1-13; and 111.15-1-28.1). The applicant proposes to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 37 to 27 parking spaces. All interested persons shall be heard at this public hearing.
